In 2019, while Lorraine and I were staying with friends at Folkestone in Kent, the Lord inspired me to declare His decree for the United Kingdom. (In Psalm 2 there is a basis for declaring God’s decrees.)
His presence, which I have experienced many times, was almost overwhelming! Four nights later BREXIT was passed in the House of Commons. I had been told by a number of people in the UK that it could not happen; however, the authority of the Lord Jesus Christ overrides every other earthly authority.
The authority of the Lord Jesus in and through my voice startled me as I addressed the issues facing subjects of the United Kingdom — especially laws that would threaten Christians with heavy fines and even imprisonment for speaking out for truth and against politically influenced tyranny.
The decree the Lord declared through me gave me great hope for the future of the people of the once Great Britain, which many of us knew well and very much respected. Heavenly help is well on the way, so chin up, those who fear God!
In 2025 Lorraine was led by the Lord to read out a declaration addressing the future king, now Prince William, whom Lorraine has been praying over many years. She read it from high in the Purbeck Hills looking north to Poole Harbour and to the west of England. At the time we had no idea of the difficulties that would arise in The Royal Family.
“With my soul have I desired You in the night; yes, with my spirit within me shall I seek You early; for when Your judgements are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world shall learn righteousness.” (Isaiah 26:9)
Australians are now learning the above through natural disasters, which are now accumulating above and beyond my memory, due to incredibly foolish decisions by incompetents in major political parties. I can remember the relentless droughts of the 1940s and the chill rains and bitter frosts of inland winters, but never a cyclone that had its origin in the Coral Sea, crossed over Cape York into the Gulf of Carpentaria, entered the Northern Territory, traversed it into Western Australia and then moved down the West Coast almost to Perth before ending inland.
What must God permit before the stubborn nature of Australians at last yields to the Lord and accepts the unruly elements so visible in nature as picturing our own sinful, stubborn refusal to accept our situation and circumstances to the authority of the Lord Jesus?
Don’t watch this space but rather watch what on earth is happening above and around you and view it in the light of Isaiah 26:9 and the Gospel of Luke chapter 21.
And get down on your knees and submit your life to the Lord Jesus. You will then become part of the answer instead of the problem.
