The Supernatural is Fast Becoming Simply Natural

Jesus was never amazed at miracles. He glorified his Father for them and rejoiced at their beneficial effects on those who received them. To silence a storm on Galilee, Jesus transferred His inner peace to the outer tumult and quieted the storm with three words. The disciples were filled with awe and wonder, but Jesus quietly asked them where their faith was. What was supernatural to them was to him simply natural.

Like our Lord we should share the peace of God in our hearts with those around us — and His power. What to many is supernatural to us is natural. The miracles of Jesus perplexed people, but the Son of God saw them as natural expressions of a Father’s love for His children. Miracles will always be a supernatural wonder to those who do not know the Lord, and a natural joy to those who do.

If you believe that miracles require God to act in opposition to His laws of creation, you will view them as unnatural intrusions. But if you see them as divine adjustments that are not in conflict with His laws, you can expect to see miracles of provision and healing. After all, they are merely God’s response to the faith in your heart acting through believing. This enables you to ask, and in the moment of asking to receive (Mark 11:24).

We are likely to see unprecedented miracles as the dynamics of the approach and to a degree overlap as the Kingdom of God becomes increasingly apparent. Your children will discover startling inventions as God reveals the laws of His Kingdom to them. Miracles will increase exponentially, as the supernatural makes the super more and more natural to Christians everywhere — especially the younger ones.

The time may be short, but it is likely to be exciting!
