How to Handle What the New Year Brings

Jesus said we were not to worry. “Today’s worries are evil enough.” (Matthew 6:34) Live One Day at a Time. Here are some helpful suggestions:

Source your news from Christian media and Real Time posts on YouTube (they do host good pages) to balance the mis-and-dis-information spun by the so-called Legacy Media.

Get off the back foot of apology about your faith and onto the front foot of affirmation. Off the back foot of political correctness and on to the front foot of the teachings of Jesus and his apostles. Off the back foot of explaining and onto the front foot of preaching for result. Off explanation and onto proclamation. Off the back foot of wondering what God’s will is and onto the front foot of affirming what that will is according to the Bible!

Fewer questions, more exclamations! Less chin-stroking doubts about what Jesus called possible. No nervous, half-hearted faith about how to move ‘mountains’; only doubt-free, whole-hearted faith! (Mark 11:20-23) (Including verse 24, which is right next door.)

Many unsaved are yet to be won, so let’s go out and get the job done!
