Have you got your “Get Out of This World Safely Guarantee”? I’ve had mine for 4 years — from 1961, in fact, which was the year that I first acknowledged Jesus Christ as my Saviour and Lord and began to share my faith with others. I wouldn’t go anywhere without my personal GOOTWSG.
I should add that after leaving this rather weary, largely ruined, and almost has-been world, I’ll soon after return with my Lord Jesus and countless others to see him establish his 1,000-year-long rule over the nations. No sitting on clouds strumming harp for me! God promised Abraham the world, not a place in heaven.
I’m not looking for a mansion, much less a modest “little log cabin in the corner of Glory Land”. No way! I’m looking forward to rising and receiving a new “out of this world” immortal body suited to life in a down-to-earth New Jerusalem. A heaven-made home that will last for 1000 years and beyond.
