“If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?” (Psalm 11:3) The undermining of Western society began in the 1960s, with the Beatles, who introduced their Indian gurus to the West, and developed through the ’70s with LSD, Aquarius, situational ethics and Woodstock.
These all weakened our Jewish-Christian foundations to the point where those who exchanged absolutes for options are either looking for something to believe in, and if the rot presented in the media is a guide, many have stopped trying.
No authority can replace the Holy Bible; no manner of life can equal the authentic Christian Way; and no power is as strong and effective as the Holy Spirit of God in the lives of believers in Jesus. In particular those churches featuring strobe lights and black ceilings.
The foundation of the New Testament Church is Jesus Christ, and the structure built on it is the Apostles’ Doctrine. Its furnishing is the grace of God in those who dwell in it, their love for one another and for those outside it, and its roof is an open Heaven.
